Graduation Information

Hello, families of our JP2 graduates for 2026!

In February, our graduates attended a Prom and Graduation presentation which provided an overview of timelines and details leading up to the end of the year. 

Now that graduation is fast approaching, we would like to share a formal invitation with some reminders for our Graduates.

Parking Map: 

Graduation Rehearsal - Thursday, June 25th - 11:00- 12:15pm Thompson Arena (Western University) Parking at Huron Flats

• Grad rehearsal requires the attendance of all graduates. Grads will walk through the entrance process and seating plan for the evening to ensure a smooth ceremony. 

• For the rehearsal, Grads will park at the Huron Flats Lot. Please see attached Map. Grads will then walk to the South Valley Lot, where they will see the entrance to Thompson Arena via the ramp which is clearly visible once you enter the Lot.

• There will be staff to greet you at the entrance. 

Graduation Ceremony - Thursday, June 25th - 5pm Thompson Arena (Graduatess must arrive for 4pm)

• Free Parking is available at 4pm in the South Valley Lot. Huron Flats Lot is available before 4 pm. The entrance to Thompson Arena, for families and Graduates, is accessible from the South Valley Lot. Staff will be visible by the entrance. 

• Please note that Philip Aziz Ave is closed to due to Construction as it the Main  Front entrance to the arena.

• Guests will enter directly into the Arena, and Graduates will be escorted to the gathering area to line up for the procession.

Graduation Time and Location: Thompson Arena at Western University on Thursday, June 25th at 5pm. Graduates will be expected to be present for 4pm.
