The role of Jaguars Athletics is to promote a sense of community and to provide JPII students with an opportunity to come together in the true spirit of high school sport. Our fall season offers opportunities to participate in both Junior and Senior Girls Basketball, Rugby, Golf, Coed Cross Country, and Junior and Senior Boys Volleyball. The Girls Basketball Teams begin their training camps in late August; however, it’s definitely not too late to check it out or to join! Simply head down to the Gym and speak with Head Coach, Mr. Pete Lambert. It's never too late to start the conversation or to begin preparing for next year!


Coming up in November, JPII Athletics offers Junior and Senior Boys Basketball, Hockey, and Junior and Senior Girls Volleyball. Listen carefully to announcements in early November for first practices and try out details…and remember not all teams require students to try out. Several teams – including Cross Country, Rugby, and Track and Field – encourage all abilities to get involved and participate. 


And lastly, the spring season offers students opportunities in Coed Badminton, Pickle Ball, Boys and Girls Soccer, Boys and Girls Rugby, Coed Baseball, and Coed Track and Field. These activities generally begin their training in early March, so as mentioned, listen carefully to our morning announcements for further details and practice locations and times.
