Student Success focuses on helping students to achieve their academic potential.  A key role in Student Success is to support students who may require assistance along their educational journey which may include one-on-one support, mental health checks, suggestions on attendance improvement, support for at-risk behaviours, and teaching the Credit Recovery course.  As the Student Success teacher, I enjoy working with students to help them meet their academic goals and strongly encourage parental communication along the students' educational journey.

Additionally, the Student Success team includes school administrators, guidance counselors, social workers, SPSTs and the LDCSB attendance counselor.  Together, we help to coordinate our efforts to accommodate the needs for at-risk students.
